Poor rating for skimping me. Make sure to check your plate I requested full plate extra steak and they charged me and gave me regular full plate hibachi too late when I got home. Still good as hell I'm still coming back just check your food.

GOOD every visit!! There is a little wait but its so worth it!

Bad customer service by management. Order a full hibachi shrimp meal for 7.99 when I got home meal was missing vegetables. Step 1- call number on receipt phone disconnected. Step 2- call number online phone disconnected. Step 3- talk to cashier in person and showed a picture of my messed up order CASHIER said no problem will replace the meal. Step 4- talk to manager in person and showed picture MANAGER stated I can only replace the vegetables that's messing. Hold up...........rewind only can replace the vegetables no sir......that's not how you do business. Step 5- threw away my food and bought me a 5.00 box from Taco Bell. HIBACHI EXPRESS NEVER WILL GET MY MONEY AGAIN.

If you love Japanese food and your really hungry you can't beat hibachi Express.

Be prepared to wait in the drive thru line a very, very, very long time, at least 30+ minutes. Also, please check your order before you pull off!

The food is good, hot and fresh. The employees are personable and friendly. It's a great place to have a good relaxing lunch.

This place has always had delicious food. The prices are on point and you dont leave hungry. I've always been a fan of the steak Teriyaki bowl with a chicken eggroll on the side. It's always been fresh, hot, and delicious. The staff is always super friendly and they do a great job of keeping the place clean. I recommend anyone to give this place a try if you like this style of food.

This food was horrible to night!!! It looked so good but once I tasted it the steak tasted horrible. It tasted like matallic/chemicals or the grill may needed to be cleaned very good. I tried calling the restaurant back but there was no answer of course.

The food is good but the location is in very poor shape. Tables are beat, bathrooms need to be redone, all in all the place does not appear to have had any maintenance or updating since it first opened. This is a shame since the staff is friendly and food is good. A worn out place gives me the impression of being unclean. Not the impression you want for a place that serves food. The are right next to a well known Chinese place but their menu is not the same and could be as busy as the Chinese place if their facilities were in better shape.

As far as "fast food" type Asian food goes, it's pretty good. Haven't had any complaints with either the staff or the food yet, and I've been visiting pretty frequently for the past year or so. One thing I will say is that I wish it stayed open a little longer, but otherwise, great place!

It's good if you want cheap Chinese food quickly.

I have been eating here since 2004. I love the hibachi shrimp and chicken with fried rice and extra yum yum sauce. I love it! So delicious...

Not impressed with their grease...it was a greasy "soup" which was suppose to be their teriyaki sauce...um nope....a burnt chicken egg roll literally the end crazy burnt and it's deep fried so not even sure how that happened. My daughter's hibachi chicken so dry you couldn't even squeeze the chicken...hard like a rock.

There is a reason why lots of ppl dont go here. It's bad. The rice is so dry u have to smother it with the tum yum sauce. I had the steak plate and the meat was dried out as well. There is a reason why this place is low on the totem pole for Chinese food. It's not a random thing its always that bad.

I love this restaurant!! I eat here approximately every two weeks. My daughter has grown to love it too. She calls the rice "good rice"!!
